News: Announcing Our New Status as a 501 (c3) Nonprofit Organization

Join us in celebrating an organizational milestone! We are pleased to announce that we have been granted 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and are recognized as a charitable organization by the Internal Revenue Services (IRS). A 501(c)(3) organization is a nonprofit organization deemed tax-exempt by the IRS.

Commenting on the newly obtained status, our founder and president Chiedza expressed her delight, stating, "I am thrilled that Annot Inc. has officially been granted 501(c)(3) status by the IRS! This significant milestone marks a new chapter in our journey to empower young people and drive mutually beneficial collaborative efforts between the US and Africa. Achieving this status will not only allow us to amplify our efforts but also provide us with the opportunity to expand our outreach and impact.
